Engraving of Cabo Santo Agostinho from 1645 – Teatro Belgico… “Afbeeldinge vande Cabo St. Augustin met haer Forten”, Leti, Gregorio  This fine bird’s-eye view portrays the Dutch fleet and the fortresses at Cabo Santo Agostinho. Published by Gregorio Letie, this scene is copied from an earlier publication, circa 1640.
