The Pati Valley is located right in the heart of the Parque Nacional da Chapada Diamantina and, due to its exuberant beauty, it is one of the most visited places by those who enjoy hiking in natural environments.
Due to the variation of reliefs and its geographical position, the region of the Pati Valley and its surroundings is considered one of the most beautiful scenic refuges in the country, in which one can appreciate, with a little luck, varieties of birds, mammals and reptiles that take refuge there.

We highlight here, only, the trail most used by the majority of the trekkers and guides of Chapada Diamantina:
Andaraí -> Capão (east -> north).
This trail can be done in 3 days of walking, however it requires great effort from visitors. If you have more time, or if you are not used to hiking long distances, it is worth relaxing and doing this route, without haste, in 4 or 5 days, with 3 or 4 overnight stays.
We feel small before the grandeur and beauty of the landscapes, the simplicity of life of the residents of the Pati Valley makes us reflect the meanings of life.
This is the oldest route in Chapada Diamantina, it was developed 20 years ago. It was us who strengthened the services in the homes of traditional residents.
Our journey begins in Vale do Capão where we will visit the Fumaça waterfall and the Riachinho waterfall.
During the most awaited trekking of the trip we will pass by the beautiful Gerais do Vieira and Rio Preto, we will visit Cachoeirão and we will still have the pleasure of knowing the Poço Azul before returning to Lençóis.
