Map of the Baia de Todos os Santos from 1769 – Nieuwe en Beknopte Hand-Atlas “Kaart van de Aller-Heiligen Baay waar aan de Hoofdstad legt van Brazil”, Tirion, Isaac  This is a boldly engraved chart of the bay at Salvador (Bahia) with an inset plan of the fortified city of San Salvador. Navigational soundings and shoals are identified in the bay. Numerous plantations and sugar mills are noted with symbols along the coast and rivers.
